If you like to look outside while working, be prepared to buy a roll of black electrical tape. So, if your work place is in a basement or away from windows it should be fine.
I had to apply black electrical tape to the back of the camera in order to solve the problem, since I wasn't willing to either close the shades of the window or move my desk somewhere else. I finally realized that light was hitting the back of the camera and getting into it, interfering with the image the camera was projecting. I put it again on top of the screen and there was the spot again. When I turned the camera on, was a white spot on the picture (a big white spot), so I tried to clean the lens, and when I took the camera from the top of the screen, the spot disappeared.

I bought this camera knowing that is not a high end product, without the features or gadgets that high end cameras provide.
